We couldn’t be Happier!!
My family and I were toying with the idea of getting another German shepherd dog. We found out this year, through many tests, MRI’s, and a DNA test, that our beloved 9yr old female has Degenerative Myelopathy. A life altering and incurable disease that is all too common in the German shepherd breed. We were scared at first. Did we even want to take a chance on another German Shepherd? Well that’s when I came across the Creekside Kennel website and our reservations were put at ease. Especially when I was able to communicate with Jennifer one on one. Her and her Husband take GREAT pride in their GSD’s and are breeding for not only absolutely gorgeous dogs, but from dealing with them, HEALTH and temperament is their number one priority. AND we didn’t have to worry about Degenerative myelopathy since they DNA tested all of their breeding dogs! Jennifer and her husband made us feel at ease. There was no pressure to buy from them at all. And if we didn’t quite get what we were looking for in one litter, our deposit could be carried over onto another litter. But we did not have to go that route. We chose a BEAUTIFUL female Coated German Shepherd from the Pixie and Panos litter. Yes, a coated is what I’ve been looking for many many years. And just by chance Pixie and Panos produced a stunning baby girl. We couldn’t be happier!!! She is bold, not fearful at all and get’s along with our other GSD’s as well! Actually our new puppy and our male have become the BEST of friends! I would recommend Jennifer and Jay (Creekside Kennels) to anyone who loves and understands this breed!!! If you want a stunning, healthy and happy dog you couldn’t go wrong using their kennel. I can’t thank Jennifer and Jay enough for giving us our new baby girl. She will be a beloved part of our family……and spoiled rotten :)
