Goose (12.12.2014) Foxxy and Panos
Goose is our second puppy from Jay and Jennifer. Jay and Jennifer are the most wonderful people to work with and make you feel like family from day one. Okay, sorry!! I’m getting ahead of myself. Our first dog (Maverick) is 3 months older than Goose and is the most loving/laid back puppy. Our only concern about getting another dog was that Maverick would feel like he was being replaced or no longer our “favorite” and start to act out or not want anything to do with us. Jay and Jennifer let us bring Maverick into their home and not only interact with the puppies, but also have a reunion with his mom and dad. We could not have been more surprised and happy with how all of the dogs interacted.
Maverick sat back and watched on while we interacted with the puppies. Goose was cautious of him at first, but once he warmed up there was no turning back. Goose walked right up to Maverick and stood over his noose looking down at him. As we all watched on ready to jump in and save the new crazy puppy, Goose flicked his tail up. Never backing down or letting Maverick think he was bigger than him. We all knew Goose was ready to play and the rest is history. Since the day we brought Goose home it has been nothing but play, play, play and a little sleep on the side. Goose loves to cuddle and be the center of attention, while playing the victim role when they get into trouble. Goose loves to start things by sneaking up on Maverick and doing his signature tail flick before jumping in the air to dive bomb Maverick’s backside.
